BIO

Phani Radhakrishnan is an Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, in the Management Department at the University of Toronto and teaches Communications (MGT1160) and a Team Building workshop in the MMPA Program.

TEACHING & RESEARCH INTERESTS

Teaches courses in Managerial Skills, Diversity in the Workplace, Research Methods in Human Resources, and Cross Cultural Organizational Behavior.                           

Research interests include Cross Cultural Differences, Ethnic Discrimination, and                Pedagogy of Communication Skills
