BIO
Patricia is a former senior banking executive and strategy advisor, as well as an award-winning author, consultant, director and educator in the field of strategic governance. She was Senior Executive Vice-President of corporate strategy at CIBC, and Senior Strategy Advisor at Monitor Group, a global consultancy. She has taught strategy and governance at York University’s Schulich School of Business, Rotman School of Management, and Deloittes.
Patricia has served as Director for several public, private, and not-for-profit organizations, including Brompton Group Limited, Sceptre Investment Counsel Ltd and the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the David and Sharon Johnston Centre for Governance Innovation at Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Senior Fellow of the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at Lakehead University.
